Here are a few process highlights of RMH Ordering Portal.

Orders

The following products are available for licensing RMH and Third party products.

New Orders

Place orders for the different products based on the Customer’s requirements. Orders placed for the first time are New orders. 

The licenses for the ordered products are available in the Multi Licensing Module (MLM). Sign in to the MLM for the given Customer and activate the product licenses ordered.

E.g., The Customer has placed an order for 10 licenses for RMH POS. In the MLM, they can activate 6 POS licenses in Store A and the remaining POS licenses in Store B.

Auto-renewal

The RMH order portal will generate an auto-renewal order for existing licenses. 

We recommend setting up auto-renewal features on the RMH Order Portal. 

You have two options (we recommend selecting both).

Auto-Renew with a card on file 

Check this option to process renewal orders, when you have a valid card on file for Reseller / Customer. 

The auto-renewal orders use the available card details to process the orders.

Auto-Renew without a card on file

When you do not have a valid card on file either for the Reseller or the Customer, complete the auto-renewal orders payment process manually. 

Manual Subscription and EP renewals

You can renew licenses any time before the expiry of a given license. Manually complete the orders using the Renewal Quote button.

E.g.: A Subscription license is due for renewal on March 31, 2022, and you require a 6-month Subscription license.

You can select this license and complete the renewal manually, say on March 15, 2022. On renewal, the expiry date for the said license is September 30, 2022.

Alerts

The RMH Order Portal is designed to send out Email alerts for the of licenses due to expire the following month. The Reseller will receive an Email in the last week of each month. 

The Email has a .xls attachment detailing the customers Perpetual and Subscription licenses due for renewal. 

Licensing 

The licenses will be available within the Multi License Module (MLM) on completion of the orders. 

Access the Multi License Module (MLM) for the given Customer and activate the licenses accordingly.

Activation

When activating for the first time, you need to manually activate the required Registers / Terminals. 

In the case of auto-renewal licenses, the existing activated Registers/Terminals get an updated expiry date. 

Therefore, you are not required to carry out any manual process to re-activate these Register/Terminals. 

However, you can manually reassign Registers / Terminals as required. 

Please remember when you unassign a register / terminal to uncheck the register and then save and close, then open Terminals and reassign the license to a different register/terminal save and close.
