Customer Login BlueSnap

BlueSnap was selected as a logical payment partner for all our resellers and distributors worldwide on our order portal since they are available everywhere that RMH operates.

Use BlueSnap infrastructure to securely charge and collect all payments from our resellers and their customers with a new subscription renewal module that we have developed.

All resellers must have a BlueSnap account to use subscription billing efficiently.

Customer Price List for Resellers

RMH Resellers will now get a standard process list that will show their buy price from their distributor and our recommended resell price.  

However, Resellers will be able to:


    • Create different price lists in one or many currencies.  
    • Associate their price list to customers.
    • Mark the list price up or down as they wish.

Reseller Product 

Resellers will be able to:


    • Create their products and assign a price and cost.  
    • Invoice their customers.
    • The products will be available only to them and their customers.
    • Products can be hidden or discontinued
    • Reseller Products can use the RMH Key Generation logic if it is a software add-on or custom software developed by the reseller to secure their software (FREE).

Reseller Invoicing Module

When placing an order to their distributor, resellers can automatically create an invoice for their customers.  


These invoices will remain in DRAFT mode until the reseller reviews them, edits them (add new products) and then convert them to the final invoice for customers.

The customers will see these invoices on their customer portal.

If the product is a subscription product, the reseller can associate a customer credit card to the order so that subscription products can auto-renew (monthly or annually).

New Dashboard

The reseller dashboard will be enhanced to give a quick view to:


    • Subscription accounts
    • Monthly subscription renewals
    • Yearly subscription renewals
    • Contact customers for Subscription failed pre-authorization.
    • Subscribers that have opted out of auto-renewal
    • Monthly subscriptions are pre-authorized, charged on the 1st of the month, with totals and total values.
    • All RMH Subscription products and the reseller's products are marked as a subscription, whether licensed or not.

Export to Accounting 

Resellers will be able to export their purchases and sales as well as Credit Card revenue collected to their accounting system. 

The Order Portal creates the same simple file export with grand totals. 

You can export as CSV, text delimited, XML to their financial packages in batches.
