The Reseller uses the RMH Order portal to manage the customers, orders, product licenses, and payment. 


To access the portal, you need to complete the necessary formalities. Then, on completion, you can experience the whole new experience of product license management.




RMH Order Portal - Workflow - Reseller Login 


Following is the typical workflow:


  1. The Reseller signs up for the Reseller agreement.
  2. The Reseller requests an account on the portal.
  3. The Reseller completes the RMH Certification process.
  4. The Distributor approves and maps the reseller company profile.
  5. Reseller accesses the portal and creates users and customers.
  6. Places and pays for the order on the portal.
  7. The Distributor approves orders and tokens created.
  8. The Reseller sends the token to the customer, who registers the required product.
  9. The portal monitors license status.
