You can edit the customer details as required. Click on the menu Customers then Customer List. The existing customer list is displayed.

Choose the desired from the list and double click on the record. You can edit the selected customer record. 

You can create and view the NFR Token for a given customer.

Create NFR Token

Click on the button Create NFR Token. The following details are required to create a token.


 Field 

 Description

 Select Existing Store

 You can choose the existing Store from the drop-down menu. 

 If you are creating a new Store, ignore this menu and proceed with entering the rest of the details.

 Name

 Enter the Store Name. If you have selected existing Store, you can edit the details.

 Address

 Enter the Store Address. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 City

 Enter the City name. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 State

 Enter the State name. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 Country

 Enter the Country name. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 Postal Code

 Enter the Postal Code. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 Phone

 Enter the Phone number. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 Email

 Enter the email address. If you have selected the existing Store, you can edit the details.

 Perpetual or Subscription tab

 You can either select the Perpetual or Subscription Products tab for creating tokens in a given order.

 Product

 Select the product from the drop-down menu. 

 Quantity

 Enter the desired Quantity.

 Delete

 In case you need to remove the added product from the list, select the row and click on Delete.

On completion, click on the button Create to save the changes. The required Tokens are created and can be viewed from the menu View NFR Token.

View NFR Token

Click on the button View NFR Token. The tokens if any are displayed

 Find

 To filter the records based on the column criterion, select the column and then enter text to find a particular record.

 Copy Token

 Hover on the column Token. The Token is displayed, click on Copy. Paste the code on email and this to the Store.
